Refund policy
Return Period: We uphold a 7-day return policy, allowing you a window of 7 days post-receipt to initiate a return.
Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original condition—unworn or unused, complete with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process: Upon acceptance of your return, a return shipping label and detailed instructions will be provided. Subsequently, returns should be dispatched to the following address: A/1208, The Capital, Science City Road, Ahmedabad, 380060. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and customer has to bear the return shipping costs.

Return Confirmation: You will be notified once we receive and assess your return. The approval status of the refund will also be communicated. Approved refunds will be automatically processed within 5-7 business days through your original payment method. Kindly be aware that processing and posting the refund by your bank or credit card company may take additional time.
Delayed Refund: If more than 15 business days elapse after the approval of your return, please contact us at ilarin.ind@gmail.com.
Exchanges: For a prompt fulfilment of your requirements, the recommended procedure is to return the original item. Subsequently, upon acceptance of the return, a separate purchase for the desired item can be made.
Damages and Issues: Please thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt. Should you identify any defects, damages, or if an incorrect item is received, promptly notify us. We will assess the situation and rectify the issue accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods, are non-returnable. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Should you have concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.
Exceptions: Regrettably, returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period: For merchandise shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing a justification. The same eligibility criteria apply, and the return process aligns with our standard procedures.
